About

Matthew Danziger LMT, CPT

After years of living with challenging chronic pain with little relief, I became interested in health in order to empower myself. Through studying everything I could find on the science of pain, movement, exercise, massage, psychology, and neurophysiology, I have greatly reduced my pain and improved my quality of life. In sharing this experience and understanding with others, I’ve also found my true passion in helping people through exercise, massage, and education.

I seek to teach empowerment rather than dependence so that each person that I work with can be in charge of their own health. My approach is always grounded in research, but also draws from my own personal struggles. The process of learning to understand my own body has helped me learn to adapt services at the individual level in order to create a unique client centered experience for everyone I work with. There are countless benefits to a better understanding of health, and I want to share my passion with the world.
