Private Training

One on one personal training to look better, feel better, and perform better. Each client will receive undivided attention and their own personalized exercise program designed specifically with their goals in mind.

Semi-Private Training

For those who enjoy training with others, small groups of two or more will share their session time while maintaining their own customized exercise regimen. Many people enjoy semi-private training for its affordability and the camaraderie their partner(s) provide.

Nutritional Coaching

Every fitness client will be taught the basics of nutrition and how to apply this knowledge to their unique lifestyle. Further coaching focuses on forming a healthy relationship with food and creating positive eating habits for life. For those who require or desire additional support, we will happily work with a doctor or dietitian to reach your goals using the best methods available.

Therapeutic Massage

Massage and manual therapy to reduce pain, tension, and stress available privately and through Body Mechanics Orthopedic Massage

Services Available Throughout:

  • Manhattan, Queens, and Long Island – Services are available in home or anywhere independent providers are welcome.
